At The Pink Formulary, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our refund and return policy below.

Due to the nature of our products (personal care, handmade, oil-based), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a return or exchange.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

  2. We may request photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item to assess the issue.

  3. Once the issue is confirmed, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on the following:

  • Used/opened personal care products (including hair oils, skincare, etc.)

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or misuse
